NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Summit will be held at the Township Fire Hall, 10870 Plum Street, Harmonsburg, PA 16422 on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 7 p.m. to hear the request for conditional use of Pivot Energy PAL 129 LLC, applicant for a project at Parcel Number 5506-037, located on Harmonsburg Road adjacent to 10047 Harmonsburg Road, zoned A-Agricultural District.

Said request for conditional use is to allow construction of a principal solar energy system, which is permitted only as a conditional use under the Summit Township Zoning Ordinance.

All interested persons will be heard at the above time and place.
