The Township Re-organizational Meeting is always held on the first Tuesday of each year unless it is a holiday, followed by the Regular monthly meeting.

Auditors Organizational Meeting – January 4, 2022 9AM

 The MONTHLY MEETINGS of the Board of Supervisors are held at 7:00 PM on the first Tuesday of the month at 10956 Plum Street, Harmonsburg, EXCEPT for the following:

February 2023 – The meeting will be held at 4PM on Tuesday February 7, 2023.

July 2023 – The meeting will be held at 7PM on Wednesday July 5, 2023.

November 2023 – The meeting will be held at 7PM on Wednesday November 8, 2023.

The Township Recreation Board will meet at 7PM on the first Wednesday of each month EXECPT for the following:

July 2023 – The meeting will be held at 7PM on Thursday July 6, 2023.

The Township Planning Commission will meet at 7PM on the third Monday of each calendar month to consider business brought forth by the end of the preceding month.  If no businesses brought forth by this date, no meeting will be held.

The Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 7PM on the the third Wednesday of each calendar month to consider business brought forth by the 20th of the breeding month.  If no business is brought forth by this date, no meeting will be held.

The Conneaut Lake Joint Municipal Authority will meet the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Sadsbury Township Building, 9888 State Highway 285, Conneaut Lake, PA.
