The Township Re-organizational Meeting is always held on the first Tuesday of each year unless it is a holiday, followed by the Regular monthly meeting.

Auditors Organizational Meeting – January3, 2024 9AM

 The MONTHLY MEETINGS of the Board of Supervisors are held at 7:00 PM on the first Tuesday of the month at 10956 Plum Street, Harmonsburg, EXCEPT for the following:

November 2024 – The meeting will be held at 7PM on Wednesday November 7, 2024 due to Election Day falling on a meeting date.

Any changes to monthly meetings’ dates, times, or locations will be advertised in a legal notice  published at least three day before in the Meadville Tribune, posted on the side of Municipal Building at 10956 Plum Street, Harmonsburg, and on this webpage.

Other Township Boards:

The Township Recreation Board will meet at 7PM on the second Monday of each month.

The Township Planning Commission will meet at 7PM on the third Monday of each calendar month to consider business brought forth by the end of the preceding month.  If no businesses brought forth by the end of the previous month, no meeting will be held.

The Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet at 7PM on the third Wednesday of each calendar month to consider business brought forth by the 20th of the preceding month.  If no business is brought forth by this date, no meeting will be held.

The Township Building Code Hearing Board will meet at 7PM on the second Wednesday of each calendar month to consider business brought forth by the 13th of the preceding month.  If no business is brought forth by this date, no meeting will be held.

The Conneaut Lake Joint Municipal Authority will meet the first Wednesday of each month at 6:00 PM at the Sadsbury Township Building, 9888 State Highway 285, Conneaut Lake, PA.
