GIBSON PARK MASTER SITE PLAN

The Master Site Plan for Gibson Park was approved by DCNR.  Porter Consulting Engineers has worked closely with township officials and volunteers since 2013 to complete this planning phase for improvements and development.  Site information was acquired and discussed, public input meetings were organized, project study committee meetings were held and all of the information that was amassed was critically assessed and processed into this Master Site Plan document. The Project Study Committee included William B. Agnew, Jerauld L. Smith, Harry E. McGrath, Cynthia R. McCoy, Robert Whiteside, Robert G. Agnew, SuAnne Dendis, Grace Agnew.
The Plan was prepared to provide Township Officials and residents as a useful planning tool to guide the future improvements and enhancements, preserving the rural character and natural character of the existing park facilities as well as the construction of new facilities.  The completed Plan will offer guidance when requesting financial assistance to future projects.
