LEGAL NOTICE

The Summit Township Zoning Hearing Board will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 7:00pm at the Summit Township Municipal Building, 10956 Plum Street, Harmonsburg, PA.  The Zoning Board shall consider the variance request of Ruby Lake LLC, owner of 12565 Venetian Lane, Conneaut Lake, PA  16316. The proposed construction of a home intrudes on the building setback lines on the east and south sides of the property.

All persons with standing shall appear and be heard.  The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Summit Township Zoning Ordinance and the Municipalities Planning Code.
