Some roads in Summit are maintained by PennDOT, but you may call the Garage if you have questions. You may call the Roadmaster if there is an emergency situation.

Zoning Officer 814-213-0444

The Zoning Officer is the first contact if you are doing any building or renovation in the Township along with anything to do with how your property is zoned. Building Permits go through his office.

Code Enforcement 814-382-3518

The Code Enforcement Officer receives and investigates any violations of codes for the Township. He is also the Short Term Rental Officer.

Tax Collector 814-382-7703

The Township Tax collector collects Real Estate, Per-Capita, and Street Light taxes. The Township office has no information about these taxes – direct any inquiries to the above number. The tax collector maintains office hours at her residence to collect taxes and has a drop-box at her location 10751 Plum Street, Harmonsburg. Taxes cannot be paid at the Municipal Building.

CLJMA (Sewer) 814-382-8315

The Conneaut Lake Joint Municipal Authority maintains the sewer system in Summit Township. Not all properties are hooked up in the CLJMA. The Township Office has a list of Official Sewage Enforcement Officers for septic tank and wells.

CLP Water 814-720-3413

CLP Water provides water service to some homes near Conneaut Lake Park and is owned by Keldon Holdings.

Keep in mind the Township does not operate any water or sewage services. If you have questions or concerns about these services, call the above numbers.

STVFD (non emergency) 814-382-1300 **DIAL 911 for emergency service**

The STVFD station is not manned 24 hrs a day, so calls to non emergency number may be answered by voice mail.

The Municipal Building is manned Monday thru Thursday, 10AM to 4PM, Friday 10AM to 3PM.

There is a secure drop-box beside the side entrance if you want to leave anything for the various departments.
