NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 29, 2023 at 12:00 P.M., at Summit Township Municipal Building, 10956 Plum Street, Harmonsburg, PA 16422, the Summit Township Supervisors will act on a proposed ordinance (of which this notice is the summary) to revise the Amusement Tax Ordinance as it relates to games.  The purpose of the ordinance is to set the tax rate for games at 5% or $100 per game, per year and to clarify the administration of the ordinance.  The Supervisors anticipate revenues of $4,500 per year pursuant to this ordinance.  A copy of the proposed Ordinance may be viewed online at www.summitcrawford.com and is posted at the Township Municipal Building.
